Lisa Deatherage
Chief Operations Officer

Lisa is responsible for driving the global infrastructure, process development, and total customer experience for CertFocus. Lisa, a seasoned insurance professional began her association with CertFocus's parent Surety2000 in June of 2000 as Regional Manager, and quickly became Vice President of Operations. She was instrumental in the development of the CertFocus solution, working with strategic partners, customers and internal programming to foster the solution and platform that now leads the certificate of insurance management industry. In 2005, Lisa was appointed Chief Operations Officer of CertFocus, assuming total responsibility for the CertFocus customer and operations center in Kansas City, Missouri. She is a frequent lecturer and recognized thought leader on risk management, surety and risk
transfer strategies.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a BSBM in Business Management and a BSM in Marketing and as a proud Rotarian for the past many years, she is currently a board member and Club Service Chair for Plaza Rotary Club
in Kansas City.
